Reservation Request
To reserve your stay, submit a reservation request online by providing your identity, details regarding your stay expectations, the number of guests, and your payment card number (unless validated via Apple Pay). Online payment through the website is secure.
The reservation becomes effective once confirmed by the host, who will then charge your payment card an initial deposit of 30% of the total rental amount.
The balance will be charged by the host no earlier than 8 days before the scheduled start date of the stay.
In case of cancellation by the renter, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation more than one month before arrival: the deposit is fully refunded.
- Cancellation less than one month before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.
Acceptance by the host of the traveler’s reservation request constitutes acceptance of the rental agreement (including the general terms and conditions of sale) by both the host and the traveler.
