9. Payment and Payment Gateway
No payment is made when submitting a reservation request.

The payment gateway used is Stripe.
Personal and banking data transmitted by the client via the website are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Encryption is indicated by a small green padlock and the “https” symbol located to the left of the website URL in the browser address bar. Data transmitted is therefore secure and cannot be intercepted by malicious actors.
Arnaud FROUGIER never has access to clients’ banking data. This data is transmitted directly to Stripe, an American company managing and securing internet-based interbank transactions. Throughout the payment process, only Stripe can access client banking data. Stripe holds the highest level of payment card security certification: PCI DSS Level 1.
